• Returns or exchanges are applicable within 30 days of sale, only for items purchased at full price or using a discount code. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• For any returns or exchanges, please email us at omorfiaaswimwear@gmail.com, detailing the issue with the product.
• Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• The product must be returned with its original tags attached and in the original packaging. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process the return.
• Once the return package is dispatched, please provide us with the tracking number via email.
• Upon receipt of the returned product and upon confirming that no damage has occurred, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
